Licensing
All persons on any vessel associated with Pelican State Fishing Chaters must have a valid fishing license. The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries offers a 3 Day Charter License for a fee of $10.00 for NON-RESIDENTS.
Non-Residents
Non-residents should select Option Number 79 on the form.
Residents
All resident fisherman need to buy their yearly fishing license for a fee of $15.00 that includes the basic saltwater and freshwater license.
Under 16 years of age
As long as you’re 15 and younger, you do not need to obtain a Louisiana fishing license, so enjoy.

Recreational fishing and hunting licenses may be purchased by telephone using Visa or MasterCard. Call toll free 1-888-765-2602. An authorization number for immediate use will be provided and licenses will be mailed to the licensee.
A SERVICE FEE IS CHARGED.
